This OS belong to Linux. This operating system, Parabola GNU/Linux-libre, based on the great OS Arch Linux. It was originally created in Chile. Use the following desktop environments: Blackbox, Fluxbox, GNOME, IceWM, KDE, LXDE, MATE, Openbox, WMaker, Xfce.
Xfce is a desktop environment lightweight for this reason is useful for PC’s with low computing power. The KDE Desktop in together with Gnome the most used desktop in linux. It is highly customizable and somewhat heavy but less so than Gnome. LXDE is a desktop for Linux systems that tries to consume few resources while still having a visually appealing interface. MATE is a fork of the Gnome desktop.
Use cases:

  • Parabola GNU/Linux-libre can be used as a web server.
  • Parabola GNU/Linux-libre can be used as a workstation operating system.
