It is an operating system belonging to the family Linux. This operating system, KDE neon, based on Debian and Ubuntu. It was originally created in United Kingdom. Use the following desktop environments: KDE Plasma.
The KDE Desktop in together with Gnome the most used desktop in linux. It is highly customizable and somewhat heavy but less so than Gnome.
