What is the operating system OpenBSD

This OS belong to BSD. This is an OSthat is independent, so It is not based on any other system how could it be Ubuntu or Fedora. It was originally created in Canada. Use the following desktop environments: AfterStep, Awesome, Blackbox, Enlightenment, Fluxbox, GNOME, IceWM, KDE, Openbox, WMaker, Xfce.
Xfce is a desktop environment lightweight by this is ideal for PC’s with low computation power. KDE in together with Gnome the most used desktop in linux. It consumes a little less resources than Gnome but it is still heavy and very customizable as well.
Use cases:

  • OpenBSD can be used as a web server.
  • OpenBSD is a security tool.

alpha, armish, aviion, hppa, i386, landisk, loongson, luna88k, octeon, powerpc, sgi, socppc, sparc, sparc64, x86_64, zaurus

This operating system has a good user base so there will be more resources on forums and websites when developing or using it.
