This OS belong to Linux. Kubuntu is an OSbased on Debian and Ubuntu. This software was created in Isle of Man. Use the following desktop environments: KDE Plasma.
The KDE Desktop in together with Gnome the most used desktop in linux. It consumes a little less resources than Gnome but it is still heavy and very customizable as well.
